Mike Vechery is a US Kids Golf Certified Instructor and he has passed the Playing Ability Test requirement to become a PGA of America member. Coach Mike offers lessons to kids, women, and men of all playing abilities.
One student is Tyler, a high school sophomore, who began playing golf after an injury stopped his soccer career. After working with Coach Mike for 3 months, Tyler went from shooting in the mid 50's for nine holes to shooting in the low 40's and playing on his high school team. Another is Dylan, a 25 year old basketball coach, who now has a 4 handicap, dropped from a 32, after working with Mike for 5 months. Ben is a student who has begun shooting in the 80's for 18 holes after 5 lessons.
Mike's students have made tremendous progress in their games but the one of whom he is most proud is his daughter, Lauren, who is shooting in the 70's for 18 holes at 12 years of age!
In his teaching, Mike's students receive video clips of their swings, recommendations for improvement, and before/after photos. You can take a look at a few of these on Instagram or on Mike's website, MikeVgolf.com.
